This is a special loop created to hold 2 saddle strings together in place of the usual bleed knot.

To install, loosen the set screw on the back of the loop, slide the loop up the two saddle strings until the loop comes tight next to the concho and then tighten the little set screw once again which is located on the back of the loop.
